At The Den we have a team of qualified & experienced baseball minds who have played at the highest levels of baseball, coached the players who have gotten there, and now desire to bring those same opportunities to the student-athletes who walk inside our doors daily.

Our Story

The Lions Den was founded in 2022 when 10 year professional baseball player Tyler Beede bought the facility. He had a vision of impacting the next generation of baseball players coming from Houston Texas by laying the same foundation that has allowed him to become a 2x first rounder and MLB veteran. Along with Tyler, Matt Tabor (3rd round draft pick and top prospect for the Diamondbacks) shared the same vision. Together they have grown The Den to be one of the most sought after facilities to come and train at in all of Texas.
